    T he Red Sox are trying to aviod a sweep. In the sixth inning Daric Barton scores for the Cards.Kevin Youkils owned the picther with his 12th homer of the year. AAdam Kennedy hit a fly ball to score Chris Duncan. We go into extra innings. Kevin Youkils saves the day with a homer. 5 to 3 Red Sox.

    The Yankees and Reds rap up the weekend in New York. Matzui and Jeter scored to make it 3 to0 Yankees. Jorge Posada lined one but Corey Patterson’s acward dive could’nt cacth it Gaimbi scored. 4 to1 the Yankees won. Ken Grifey Jr. got his 601st homer of his carrear.

    Elsberry made a spectacauler diving cacth. Brian Barton collided with another teammate and made the grab. Elsburry made another great catch for redemtion getting robbed in left field. Brian Barton doubled to right Brendan Ryan scored. Kevin Youkils got a streak of lightning homer. Coco Crisp got a triple. Adam Kennedy hit one over Coco Crisp. Youkils won the game in the 13th.
